I am a qualified massage therapist of 21 years, and sports rehabilitator based in Grimsby, offering a range of therapeutic and specialist treatments designed to support physical health, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
My approach is professional, client‑focused, and grounded in evidence‑based practice.
I have completed advanced training in modalities including lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, craniosacral therapy, cupping, and IASTM.
This allows me to tailor each session to the individual, whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, or targeted rehabilitation.
My priority is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where clients feel supported and confident in the care they receive.
